comfortable bed quiet room tight parking pastry absence
my room provided a superb view from a high floor, overseeing the area. the bed was indeed comfortable. the room was generally clean and quiet. it was appreciated.
i found the onsite parking to be problematic because it was tight to navigate. the gates did not open using the app, so i had to exit my car to enter a code. this process was frustrating, especially when traveling alone. also, i encountered an issue at breakfast. some items were not replenished promptly. one morning, there were no pastries such as toast or croissants available.

Wonderful City Stay!
comfortable bed stocked tea tray friendly staff
My King Room had a super comfortable bed and hotel-quality bedding. The tea tray was well stocked. Items were replenished daily. The bathroom was spacious with soft towels (so important!). Housekeeping was very good, and all the staff I met were excellent.
I noticed the gym equipment could use an update, and some of the machines were out of service. The signage directing guests to various amenities could be clearer, especially for those unfamiliar with the layout. the wait times for elevators during peak hours could be reduced.

The breakfast buffet offered varied options, including tasty sausages and bacon (especially the sausages!). They also provided lovely jam and marmalade. an omelet station with freshly prepared omelets each morning.

Reception staff were attentive, really taking care of all guests. Whenever I needed something, I was always greeted with a smile. The team promptly addressed a minor billing query I had.

The hotel features secure underground private parking, but entry and exit are quite tight. There is a well-equipped fitness center and business center available. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire building.

The room included dispensers for quality soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. It also had a separate shower compartment. The layout offered enough space, and the bed was definitely comfortable for resting.

great location clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
the location is great for visiting the arena and surrounding areas. the room was very clean and the bed offered great comfort. i received complimentary water bottles in the fridge, a lovely touch. the staff members were all friendly and polite.
the breakfast lacked variety for vegetarians, especially those who avoid eggs.

superb location blackout curtains comfy bed
The location is superb. I could easily walk to many restaurants and bars. My room was very quiet, which I really appreciated after a long day. The blackout curtains in my room worked well. They ensured complete darkness at night. The bed was also comfy.
The gym was a little small. It only had a limited selection of equipment.

Breakfast included a good selection of cooked items, cereals, and pastries. Juice and hot drinks were readily available, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The food was AMAZING!!!

I found the staff at the reception to be very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to many places I wanted to visit. The breakfast had lots of choice and was very tasty!!!
The scrambled eggs were weirdly dry and didn't taste good. The room was relatively small and didn't have enough space. My room didn't have bath robes, unlike other hotels I have stayed in. The television signal was also poor.
